Just checking in from Fort Rupert regarding the schedule and route. We have an Elder from here who would like to attend the Journey but would need a pass from the government due to being on parole for life. He needs specific details to give to his probation officer because he will need to check in from time to time along the journey. Thank you
Lewis Saxton is member of the the Quinalt Tribe (I mistaken said Quileute), so a paddler on the Quinalt canoe, headed from Sequim to Port Little Boston Saturday morning. Lewis Saxton is sought by the Clallam County sheriffs. The case number with Clallam County sheriffs is 20098283.
Dear Malolo crew,
I am writing ask your assistance in locating Lewis Saxton, a paddler on the Quileute canoe. While the Quileutes were in Sequim, Lewis Saxton trespassed and assaulted two adults. Clallam County sheriffs are seeking this individual. I have been advised that the Quileute canoe departed Sequim early this morning, Saturday morning, bound for Port Little Boston. If you know the whereabouts of Lewis Saxton please contact the Clallam or Jefferson County Sheriff. Please spread the word. I will post the case number shortly and I can provide a photo if requested. Lewis is a large man with long black hair.
Port Gamble S’Klallam support boat Malolo is in Port Angeles and will depart today for Pillar Point to seek anchorage.
